Tammy brings over 45 years of experience to the industry, along with a passion that’s just as strong as day one. Known for her love of perms and her signature big, 80s-inspired hair, Tammy truly sees hair as a form of art. What she values most is the connection she builds with her clients—making them feel confident, cared for, and like the best version of themselves. Outside the salon, Tammy is deeply proud of her daughter’s achievements and is constantly inspired by growth, both personally and professionally. She’s fueled by caramel macchiatos, loves a great throwback like Crocodile Rock, and thrives in the family-like atmosphere at Plush. Warm, dedicated, and full of personality—Tammy is the kind of stylist you don’t just visit, you stay for.

Hi, I’m Kristen Crier—a medical esthetician who’s obsessed with skincare and making people feel their best. I love creating relaxing, luxurious spa experiences (basically your excuse to fully unwind while I work my magic). When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me crocheting, doing yoga, or trying to keep my houseplants alive… emphasis on trying. I also love spending quality time with my friends and family. Skincare, cozy hobbies, and a little bit of chaos—that’s me in a nutshell.

I’ve been a stylist for over 30 years, starting at just 14 when I couldn’t resist making boring hairstyles more exciting. I’m known for creating customized, one-of-a-kind cuts and making even the most nervous clients feel at ease. For me, it’s all about listening, connecting, and helping people leave the chair smiling with confidence. When I’m not styling, I’m geeking out over tech, audio gear, and new software!

My love and passion for nails started as early as I can remember, from being a little girl wishing more than anything my mom would take me to the salon to when I finally became old enough to take myself! Seeing estheticians work so passionately is what inspired me to take the chance and try doing it myself and I haven’t looked back since! I love getting the opportunity to connect with the community I grew up in while providing a safe, welcoming, and exciting space for everyone. I have been working and training with plush since December of 2024 and I hope to continue my education! My next adventure is with skin care and providing the perfect facial experience for any and all of my clients!
